Juan Manuel Fangio is regarded as one of the greatest Formula One drivers of all time.
He won five world championships which has now been equalled by Lewis Hamilton and bettered by only Michael Schumacher. But unlike these drivers, he won from a variety of teams: Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari.
He still holds the record for the highest percentage of F1 wins (46% of his races), the most F1 starts from the front row (92%) and at 46 years, the oldest F1 title winner.
This design is inspired by the Maserati 4CLT he drove in the 1949 season and this is wearing the colours of the Argentina Club Automobile, the national racing colours of Argentina.
Fangio was kidnapped by Fidal Castro's revolutionary supporters immediately before the 1957 Cuban Grand Prix, which his captors allowed him to watch on TV.
