This Pininfarina designed concept launched in 1969 from a Abarth Sport Spider chassis.

In keeping with Abarth's approach, it is a lightweight design and uses a highly tuned small 2 litre engine, capable of 220bhp. The Scorpion name doesn't come from the Abarth badge, but to the design references in the car including its scales and protruding 'tail' exhaust.

Unlike most concepts, it is fully drive-able and is owned and kept in a museum in Japan.
